Who We Are
The Network is an association of 15 non-profit adult day programs that serve Alameda County, California. We promote access to high quality adult day services and have been providing community education for families and professionals since 1993.
What We Do Adult day programs offer day-time care for frail seniors in a comfortable group setting. Often serving as an alternative to nursing home care, programs provide social and health services, engaging activities, gentle exercise and meals - in a safe, caring environment. Transportation assistance is also available.
How We Help Community education and personalized referrals for Elders & Their Families and Health & Community Professionals help link families with quality adult day and other community services. Our goal is to help frail seniors maintain health, stay active and continue to live safely in their own homes. Press packet available.
