Visit
Our office is inside the Eastmont Mall, on the 3rd Floor. Enter the mall on the Foothill Boulevard side. The entrance is marked with a large blue metal archway, which is visible from Foothill Blvd, the Eastmont Wellness Center, and a McDonald's Restaurant. Following signs for the Social Services Agency, turn down the first hallway on the right, go through the unmarked doors, and take the elevator to the third floor. (Note that you have entered the mall on the 2nd Floor, and should exit on the 2nd Floor after your visit.) When you get to the main reception area, please ask the receptionist to let us know you're here.
